%X This paper presents to the Remote Sensing Community new tools to extract information from digital images. These tools are from Mathematical Morphology theory and they were proposed in the sixties, in France. Such tools are typically non-linear and they are rarely available in conventional image processing software. This work shows, through real examples, how these tools can help in Remote Sensing image analysis. These examples are stored in a digital library (URLib)and can be accessed through four tables by internet. This set of examples should help to find out the solution for similar image analysis problems.
